RAJENDRA JUNAWA

Hello Readers, I am Rajendra Junawa (thendraj) and I belong to a farmer's family and live in a small village of Parbatsar Tehsil of Nagaur District of Rajasthan (India). Currently I am working in State Bank of India.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

First Phase

First of all, let's start from the beginning of schooling, When I was a kid I used to be a below-average student in studying, all of my time used to go in playing and roaming here and there with childhood friends. I studied till class 6th in a local private school named Pragati Upper Primary School Rabriyad which was very close to my home in the same village.

Second Phase

Then in 2009, my family shifted to our farmhouse which was two kilometers away from the village (currently living here), after coming here, I changed my school which was named Tagore Senior Secondary School Bagot and it was 5 km away from my home. On my farmhouse, I was the only kid out there so my interest in reading and studying started increasing gradually and my grades were increasing year by year. From class 7th to class 12th I studied in the same school mentioned above and in that period I had become an above-average or decent student. In class 11, I opted for Science (Mathematics) Stream because of my love for Mathematics and Science. I was very weak in General studies and still, I am struggling in that section. I completed my senior secondary level education in the year of 2017.

Third phase

Every Mathematics student wants to clear the entrance exam (JEE) to get an opportunity to graduate from IITs and I was no different, So in 2017 after completing class 12th, I went to Kota and joined a coaching named Resonance Eduventures Limited. But I was very late by that time it was very tough for me to cover the vast syllabus in just a year because Neither I had any experience in solving any numerical questions (not even easy-level) in class 11th and 12th nor I was taught the topics in detail in school and still schools are teaching board exam oriented, writing skills based things so I was lacking the kind of knowledge and approach JEE wants. So I failed to crack the JEE exam. And here is some personal advice from me if you really want to clear the JEE exam, start preparing early in class 11 or earlier. If you haven't practiced and studied in detail anything high level in your school then dropping out for a year after the 12th is not recommended.

Fourth Phase

After failing in JEE exam I started to continue my further studies, so for graduation, in 2018, I enrolled myself in Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan Government College Ajmer and completed my BSc Degree in 2021. After completing my graduation, I started teaching part-time in a private school, I taught Physics as a subject for almost 4 months then I thought of preparing for govt. examinations so I started preparing for Banking Exams in May 2022. On Jan 1st, My RRB OA result came and I was selected in Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank (RMGB),  After working in RMGB for around one and half month, I resigned and joined SBI as an Associate.

LEARNING PHASE OF LIFE

A person learns a lot of things in life but in college time we start learning for the first time, we start grabbing some practical knowledge, involve in societal things, and know different people's perceptions, and for the first time things surprise us, we get matured. Because in this period there is little to no pressure of studying hard as we do in our school life and there is enough time available to explore, try and experience a lot of different things, explore ourselves, and start knowing ourselves more. And same applied to me, and I learned the most in that period.
I am a very curious person, when I need something, I don't search for which is best, but, I search for why it is best, and what makes it best. So doing research on everything that comes to my mind, is my habit. So In college life, I learned a lot and got a lot of knowledge about many things using the internet but the things I learned were not to get a job or something like that, I learned because I wanted to know in detail how things work. And here are some of the things I learned in my college life are mentioned below.

Photography

Who does not want to click amazing photos with the camera? But we all struggle to do that without proper knowledge of lighting, focus, shutter speed, ISO, etc like terms. I was very fond of taking great pictures but didn't have a camera (fun fact: I still don't have 😛). And I had a very basic low-end smartphone, so started with that, but before starting I searched the internet for how to take great photos, what the terms mentioned above mean, and applied those in real life. In the end, I was able to take some good photos with just a smartphone. We can click better photos using manual mode than auto mode but at first, we have to master it.

To view, awesome Photographs Clicked my me just using the smartphone, click on Photography by Rajendra Junawa.

Editing

Many times due to the lack of proper conditions like lighting, background, or the instruments like camera gears, we are not able to take good photos, so It becomes necessary to retouch them to convey the message we want to the viewer through the photograph. So only being a good photographer is not enough, we must a good photo editor also. So I learned to edit the photos using a smartphone manually without making them over and without getting noticed by the viewers of any kind of editing.

Bikes

I love bikes, especially superbikes, more than cars But I knew nothing about them, I was just attracted to their aesthetics and power. I used to watch the videos of specifications but was unable to under the technical terms like power, torque, chassis, engine, cylinder, CC, rpm and different cooling systems, and electronic features ( like abs, quick-shifter, auto-blipper, cruise control, heated grips, traction control, wheelie control,  rev limiter, etc...), slipper clutch,  etc...
So I started seeing the videos from starting of how bikes work, how an engine works, how the clutch works, etc to an advanced level. And now I know about each and every segment bike, and specifications, and much more. When talking about bikes and we don't consider safety gears, is not possible because whatever bike you ride safety must be our first priority So I  learned about helmets and safety gears to know why some are so cheap and some costs more than we can afford.

Cars

As I mentioned above I like bikes more than cars but it does not mean that I hate them. Maybe they didn't attract me much but as a curious person I wanted to also know about cars and many questions were in my mind like, How cars work, what makes their engine different from a bike's engine, what is the difference between petrol, diesel, CNG and Electric Cars, what is front wheel, rear wheel, all-wheel drive cars, what is a turbo engine, what is sedan, hatchback, SUV, etc, what us NCAP safety rating and many more things about electronic features. So I searched the internet to find the answers and cleared all the doubts about cars.

Web Designing

I don't know how but my curiosity increased about how websites are made, how can I create my own website, how can I be on google when people search my name, etc... and all these questions were hovering in my mind. So again I was surfing the web and I came to know that most websites can be built using WordPress or we can create them for free using blogger. I learned about what is front-end and back-end developers. And then I knew that if we want to build a website from scratch as we want we have to learn HTML (for content), CSS (for designing), and JAVA Script(to make it work). So I learned HTML and CSS and worked on 2 or 3 projects and they were amazing, at least for me. But I didn't learn the javascript because It needs more time and patience. I wanted to learn more but I quit because I was not doing it for any kind of job, and for personal use, it was more than enough. And now you can see that I am writing this on a blogger website.
I also learned about domain names and web hosting, ad types of web hosting, and also registered a domain name and purchased a Webhosting and made a website using WordPress but due to lack of budget, Everything expired after a year. But I learned a lot.

App Development

I didn't stop there after learning the basics of Web Development I wanted to know about App development 😂. Again some questions were bothering me like how apps like WhatsApp, and more are made, and how can I make my own. So I did the same, surfing the web and came to know about Android Studio which provides a platform to design an app and write the code to make it work. But this time it was too complicated for me, It needs more time than web designing needs, so I just made a project in which the app I made, would show the content of my website ( named Study with Rajendra Junawa ) inside it because it was the simplest one, so I choose this and it worked. But stopped working on that due to some reasons, first I had a very low-end laptop that couldn't handle the Android Studio, second, I wasn't doing it for any job, and third, it was very complicated at least for me.

Programming

While exploring App and Web development I came to know that programming languages are mandatory in modern projects like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, satellites, etc. So I was getting more and more curious to know more about programming languages, and as a result, I started learning python, because it is the most popular language nowadays, and after some days I learned a bit and made some projects like a calculator app, weather app, a music player and my own voice assistant like google assistant(I named it Alice and it worked 😂). I know none of them was perfect but at least I tried and at least I know how things work and how AI works how algorithms work etc. There are many things that we can automate them using python scripts and make our life easier but this is not for us it's for large-scale entities. So after spending some time and learning the basics I left 😂.

Hacking

Again I didn't stop there my mind was crawling inside to know about Hacking, how it works, how hackers find vulnerabilities in systems, and in what different ways a hacker can steal our precious personal data. So after knowing about it I wanted to try it so I searched for it, and found that many python scripts will do the job for you, So First of all I installed Kali Linux (will talk about that later), and then tried to hack my phone and I was surprised😳, it worked.     A hacker can easily lure you, they use a copy of Instagram or any social media app's login screen so that you can trust and when you log in, the login id and password are captured on their screen. They can record your keyboard's key presses. So never give your phone to anyone, Hackers can easily install a hidden app on your phone and then everything on your phone can be accessed, be it call logs, contacts, messages, all media files, documents, bank details, etc. can destroy your phone remotely, so be aware.

Content Writing

When I learned web development basics, the next thing was to create my own website and make content, so I registered a domain name, purchased a web hosting, and then built a very good-looking Study website(the name of the website was Study with Rajendra Junawa, but now it's not) using WordPress, and started writing content about General knowledge, at first I didn't know where to start and how to end the article but gradually I learned that and was able to write long useful articles. This page (About Rajendra Junawa) is also the result of the practice I did when I was learning content creation.

SEO, Search Console, Google Analytics & Adsense

As mentioned above I built a website and started uploading content on it, but the problem was it wasn't appearing in google search results. I became sad but as every problem has a solution, so had it. I searched on youtube and Then I learned about a new word called SEO ( Search Engine Optimization) it is a technique of writing content in such a way that it can appear on the first page of google search results when someone searches for it. The content we create must be unique, it must solve the query of the viewer, or basically, we can say that it should provide accurate information about what the searcher wants, and I learned how to use tags, and descriptions, add images, and make the content very intuitive.

Before learning SEO, first we have to submit our site in Google Search Console so that Google can know that your site exists on the internet otherwise it will neglect it no matter how many unique articles you wrote. In the Search Console, you can also see if your post is appearing on google or not.

Then I learned the usage of Google Analytics, which shows us the traffic data coming on our website, like pageviews, whether are viewers coming from a direct link or through the organic way (from google search), how many users searched on desktop or mobile, from which country are people seeing our content, how much average time they spend on the post, etc. and it helps us to know more about the audience's interests.

Then I came to know about Google Adsense, which allows the website owner to show ads on their website and earn revenue from it, So applied for Google Adsense approval for my site and got approved. So it was a big achievement for me. But the thing is everything I was doing was just for fun not for business or job purposes, so again I stopped working on that.

Smartphones

In my childhood, there was no smartphone out there in villages, when I was in class 9th or 10th then some are having a smartphone, I was very fascinated by seeing them, I wanted to use them, explore them, and even just see them, but no chance, I was just able to see them from far😂. So When I was in 11th class I got my first second-hand smartphone and at that time I didn't even know how to unlock it or how to use my fingers on that. I didn't want a smartphone just to see movies and comedies, listening songs, or use social media, NO! I was very curious to know how it is working, how apps are installed and removed, what is software, what is hardware, etc. So every time, I used to open each and everything, I used to check every option in the settings app to know which option does what? Not only in phone settings but also in every app installed, I used to open it and just check all the things, and options, available there. Sometimes some system apps used to crash but I couldn't uninstall them so I search on the net and found about Device Rooting, at that time the phone was running on Android version 4.4.4 Kitkat, and at that time it was very easy to root a device just with a simple app, I did it and removed unnecessary system apps I was not believing on myself What I did.

And from that day my interest in smartphones increased more and more, At that time I didn't know about using custom ROMs and other benefits of rooting but afterward, I purchased two smartphones and I unlocked the bootloader of them, used custom ROMs (Company manufacturer just provided Android 10 update but I am using latest Android 13 at present which is not even available on newest smartphones). However I have done many mistakes, once my phone's motherboard became dead, and sometimes the phone stopped starting, but always I had a solution-oriented mind and fixed all the issues by myself except the motherboard change.

I also learned about ARM processors, cores, frequency, GPU, different camera sensors, different Screen types, different types of UIs, and much more. The benefit of knowing all these things is I don't have to depend on anyone while buying a smartphone because I know which is best suitable for me.

Computers

Just like smartphones, I was also very fascinated by computers, At school time there was a government scheme of providing laptops to each student who got 80 percent, But when I was in 10th, the government changed and despite getting 90+ percent in both 10th and 12th board exams, I got nothing, But as I was very fond of computers I borrowed a laptop from a friend (He got that laptop 2years back in 10th class) in summer vacations after class 11th.

And I did the same what I did when I got my first smartphone. I checked each and every setting, every option, and every windows folder to know what it does😛. And I learned a lot at that time but still, I knew very little about computers. But when it was time for buying a new laptop for me then my journey became interesting, I didn't search for which is the best laptop under 25k. I search for what components are there in a PC and how much each component matters and everything I could know about, I searched.

I learned about, Desktop and laptop processors (their related terms like cores, threads, frequency, turbo frequency, overclocking, etc.), RAM, different types of Storage units like HDD and SSDs (and types of SSDs like SATA and Nvme and M.2 form factor), Graphic cards, different cooling mechanisms, Motherboards, Power supplies, Monitors (and related terms like VGA, TN, IPS LCD Panels, FPS, response time, etc), different types of sockets, and How to build a PC by joining all the components, etc. Again I just learned these things to increase my knowledge, not for any professional usage.

Operating Systems (OSs)

The actual journey of knowing about Operating Systems began when I was in 1st year of college, One of my friends came to me and said yr RJ ( Rajendra Junawa ), it's an old laptop so neither does its keyboard work nor the internet work nor do I know the password. I said I will repair it (but I did not know how at that time but I wanted to solve the problem by myself) So I break the lock without any data loss, installed the drivers, and made everything work. And then I removed Windows 7 and installed Ubuntu on it and it was working like a Charm.
It was the first laptop from which I learned to install windows, Linux, and Android operation systems on a PC. I used many Operating Systems and explored them. Not only Desktop OSs but also learned about smartphone and tablet Operating Systems, I learned how these are different, and how they provide different platforms to work on. But the most used Operating System by me is Linux. so let's talk about that in a separate section.

Linux

Being a very low-end laptop, it was lagging a lot while running on Windows 10 so I searched for a lightweight Operating System for an old PC and then came to know about Linux.  So I learned about Linux, different types of Linux Distros, Different types of Linux Desktop Environments, Dual Booting it with windows, etc. I tried almost every popular Linux distro out there be it Arch, Debian, Ubuntu, Pop OS, Manjaro, Fedora, Garuda, Linux Mint, MS Linux, Zorin OS, Linux Lite, Kali Linux, Parrot OS, and much more... I tried Gnome, KDE, Cinnamon, Xfce, mate, etc desktop environments. I explored all of them, I learned customizations of a Linux DE, and I learned Linux Terminal Commands.
At present, I know Linux better than Windows OS. KDE Desktop Environment is my all-time favorite. While talking about the benefits of Linux, Linux is an Open-Source Operating System so it is a very secure and reliable OS, for extra information I just tell you that it is used in maintaining servers because it is lightweight and secure, and reliable, even Microsoft uses Linux. It is completely free so we don't need a license key to install it, It also gives you the freedom of doing whatever you want from it. I am using it for the last 4 years and I love it.

Agriculture

Being a tech and gadgets lover, it doesn't mean that I knew nothing about Agriculture, As I said earlier I, Rajendra Junawa, belong to a farmer's family that's why I am very fond of what nature gives us, be it fresh water, fresh air, food to survive, dairy products and much more. So I wanted to learn more and more about agriculture, rainwater harvesting, horticulture, and agricultural equipment, so that in the future If I want to do something in the fields at least I can have some pre-requisite knowledge. To be honest, I love horticulture more than traditional agriculture, I know both are equally important but love is love. So I learned a lot about different types of horticulture, and various methods of successfully raising plants in desert areas like Rajasthan, different techniques of plantations, etc. I also learned about solar-powered agriculture, drip irrigation system, 100 percent organic farming, the different requirements of different plants, and much more...

Relationship

All the above-mentioned things are just a small part of life, they may be useful in life or maybe not. But the most important thing I learned in my college life is understanding a person by his or her way of talking. I got the maturity to understand a person which was the best thing could get.  So long story, short, if someone likes you just because of your Government Job, Looks (Handsome or Beautiful), or Material Things you have, then it is the right time to step back because in long run it will be going to hurt you as much as you can't even imagine. I am not saying that these things do not matter, but keeping them on the priority list will be dangerous. We must not be so obsessed about marrying a boy or girl who is extremely handsome or beautiful or has a very high salary package in govt job. If everything is just normal, you should consider knowing more about the person itself, not about what he has. The main reason for me saying this is that things are temporary, the job is temporary, and looks are temporary, but the thing which is permanent till our death is the person you are going to be in a relationship with. So focus on the person, things can be purchased, money can be earned in any job, and looks are not in our hands, so why these should be our priority? Don't be an emotional fool who sacrifices everything to get a good-looking and high-earning partner. It is very easy to understand the intentions of a person by talking to them, and there is no harm, my friend, in stepping down from a toxic relationship because ultimately it is a must for the betterment of your mental condition, I am telling it from personal experience.
